Has anyone run upon a Steve PITTCOCK around Reed Ky for the years 1880-1889? I have my great grandfathers death certificate( James Tillman (PITTCOCK) SUTTON and it lists his birth parents as Steve Pittcock and ----Neal. I have newspaper accounts of the his automobile accident(lots of them, it must have been big news in 1926) and the adoptive father tells that the birth father died shortly after the birth of James, who was born 3 Nov 1886. My grandfather remembers his father saying he was adopted when he was a baby so I have been searching for the records between 1886-1889 with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Misti
