    3. Hi, Red Banks was the original name of Henderson KY. Ky became a state about 1792-94. I am not for sure on the dates. I do know KY and TN entered the US as states in the very early 1790's. When the 1811 earthquake occured, the Ohio River got moved around abit, and that has always been a problem between KY and IN on river boundaries. There was a trail from Henderson, to Evansville, on up to Princeton, IN known as the Red Banks Trail where many of the KY people went into IN. So chances are your relatives were married at Henderson.
