Hi list experts, I too have been stymied on finding a circuit court record from spring session 1858-- specifically-- citizenship granted to my gr grandfather, Frederick Wilhelm Voss, who lived in Union Co., Ky. at that time-- . Searched at the county courthouse in person -- letters and phone calls followed-- finally told that circuit court for naturalizations in 1858 from Union Co. would have been filed in Evansville In. Is this possible? Inquiries there were not answered. Please advise where to look next or who to pay to obtain it.
