He first settled in Indiana, Paoli??, Orange Co and came to Henderson Co KY by 1850 census. He m. a Doshey Robertson and next to Elizabeth Jane Green. She had two previous husbands McCan/McAn, and Owens and may have been m. to a Stegall. Joseph and Elizabeth were married ca late 1840s. Any help on this family would be welcome-have lots to share.
