I am trying to find a marriage license for my GGgrandfather James Brackett and his young (15) wife Cynthia Malone. They were married Dec. 18, 1823 in Steamport, KY. I think it was in Henderson Co. in 1823 and changed to Webster Co. in 1860. Which Co. do I write to for a copy of the Cert? Any other subscribers researching this family? Suzanne
