To VA, I saw your replay to Judith in which you stated you live in Evansville, IN across from Henderson, KY. I know the area well. I was born in Evansville and grew up in IN and KY. I have been trying to find the location where my parents got married so I could obtain a copy of their marriage records. Have not been successful. Do you belong to the Genealogy Societies in your area and do know if anyone would be willing to look something up for me? My parents are: William Carson Coley and Catherine Porter both from Henderson, KY. Married June or July 25, 1922 I live in California now and am doing my research mostly by mail.
