Ron, I believe Peyton Heady wrote a book on Union Co. cemeteries, but I don't know if it is available in print. However, the Mormon Family History Library has copied it either on film or fiche and it is available for rental at the Family History Centers --. You could find it in the locality index under Kentucky, Union County, parish, or cemetery records. Many of my family are buried at a cemetery in Caseyville -- called the Ark Royal Cemetery -- it was founded by the Order of Oddfellows (IOOF) Many names come birth and death dates were listed -- but several were not included. It's worth a try, especially if the book isn't available. Good luck.
