Hi Linda... My mother lives in Evansville and we go I-64 to 164, which cuts south to Evansville, hooks up with US 41 and you go on to Henderson from there. It takes us three hours and 10 minutes (no stops) driving about 70 mph to get to our exit in Evansville (Lloyd Expressway). Probably takes another 15-20 minutes to go on to Henderson. Some people take the toll roads and the KY route via the parkways but Bill is convinced this is the faster route. Going on to Henderson, though, might make a difference. Have a nice trip.
