Hopkinsville Kentuckian March 1896 W. Brown, a Webster county convict, finished a five year term Saturday morning, but his freedom was short lived. As he emerged from the prison door he was met by the Sheriff of Hopkins county, who immediately arrested him on an old warrant charging him with horse steeling in Hopkins County. Betty Sellers
