If you are referring to John William Wood, then my information is correct. But is listed in the incorrect order. He first married Lillie August Edwards. They had 6 children: Edna, Vernie, Samuel Virgil, William Earnest, Robert who only live a short time, Inez (My Mother). Lillie died when my mother was only 2 years old. Grandfather John Wood then married Edith Ophra Tapp. They had the following children: Billy John who only lived a short time, Mary Sue, And Celil Leon. John Wood's mother was Samantha Elizabeth Tapp. His second wife was related to his mother but I do not know how. I hope you are working on the Tapp family, I have so little information about them. I understand my Aunt Mary Sue Wood (Hill) has a book on the Tapp's. Hope to check it out in a few weeks when we get a chance to go up there. My uncle Samuel Virgil Wood is 92 years old and in very good health. He live near Clay, Ky.
