Hi Amy,. that was me-- my mom was an Eakins-- parents were Enoch Marion Eakins and Florence Ezell Handley. Enoch's parents were Enoch George Eakins and Harriett Minerva Ford. Harriett's parents were Eliza Gabrilla Sandefur and Samuel J. Ford Eliza's parents were Richard SR Eakins and Elizabeth Petty. Do you have any info on the Richard SR Sandefur lines?
