I got his birth date from his death certificate. He appears in the 1860 Henderson census at 4 months of age with his parents, Thomas & Sarah Aber and siblings. Thomas & Sarah were originaly from Pittsburgh, PA and moved back to Pittsburgh sometime before the 1870 census. If the birth record exists, I would appreciate information on how to obtain a copy. Thank you. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list. KY birth/death records begin in 1911. Often you are lucky to get a birth date if it is given on a death record. If your ancestor was a church person and his church kept precise records as some churches did, you might get lucky and find a church record of the birth. Good luck.
