The early KY Moss family came from Warren Co & Granville Co, NC. It is thought that the oldest known ancestor was Benjamin Moss. The David Moss Family book by Thomas Chester Moss, M. D. (decd) is an excellent source. A copy of this book should be in the TN archives & the Memphis library.
