i dont know how to get in touch with him other than he is at the henderson library just about every day. but i do know he has a book in the library that he will let you look at if you ask him. he said he did henderson co.,webster co, union co cementaries and documented who was buried in all of them and i believe he has a map to all of them.
How can Mr. Blue be contacted direct. I would like to ask him about specific cemeteries that are located in Henderson County. PRATTHERE@aol.com (Floine E. Pratt)
Sue, I have a list of a few cemetaries but I got a lot of help by going to the Union Co web site and the library in Morganfield. Craig Hopkins

Hello fellow subscribers: I am a gg granddaughter of George Eakins and Sarah Elizabeth Melton who came into KY in the very early 1800s and settled Henderson Co.--near Robards. Several of his descendants and I are working on the Eakins tree and are having problems with the number of children George had. He left his property to his 10 living children. I have the children as: Noah (1810), Isarilda (1813), ? missing female, Andrew Jackson (1817), Felix (1819), Isaiah (1825), Louisa (1827), Enoch George (1829), Sarah (1830), and Zacharius Montgomery (1831). Sarilda died in 1821. In the 1820 census, 2 daughters are given and 3 sons. In the 1830 census, there are 5 sons and 3 daughters (2 are 0-10 and 1 is 10-15) given except that Sarilda died in 1821. In the 1840 census, 2 daughters are given being 10-15 years old. The daughter that was 10-15 in 1830 census is probably married and not at home. I have the daughters as Sarilda (1813-1821), Louisa (1827-1843) and Sarah (1830-1899). Where and who is this missing daughter? Even if she were found, this would only account for 9 living children. Where and who is the 10 th child? Thank you for any light you can shed. Helen Keusch e-mail at gkeusch@psci.net
Hi All! Sorry! I accidentally used the wrong address for my last post. It must be getting late in the day! Sue Montgomery-Cook
HI Betty! Thanks so much for adding my site to your links list. I've a LOT of folks from your area in my database and get a real kick out of helping other folks. I've had a great many notes from people thanking me for letting them know about my site, and a lot of interest in many of the names. I spent so many years entering (and still am!) all those names that I'm pleased to be able to share. I have over 30,000 people in my database at home now and will be updating the database on the site soon. I sure hope it helps someone! Thanks again and blessings! Good Morning. I have a copy of the obituary below, from the newspaper (microfilm) if anyone is interested. I would also like to hear from anyone who may know who Richard Shelby HARTs parents were in Henderson Co., KY. >From the obit. Richard Shelby HART was born abt 1881 in Henderson, KY. I know the SHELBY family described in the obit is connected to the HARTs I'm researching, but I'm not sure if this is the same HART family. Later in Henderson Co., KY., there were HART descendants from a HART family from Ireland and one from Germany, besides the ones I'm seeking. I have not yet found out where Richard S. HART is buried. I'm assuming it's somewhere here in Seattle, WA. When I do find out, I will make a visit with my camera. I would gladly supply anyone interesed with a copy. Burrell BRACKETT m. Rebecca WOODWARD in 1792 in Rutherford NC. It is believed that several siblings of both families moved to Henderson Co. (Now Webster Co) KY in the 1820's. Rebecca's brothers may have included William or Willis, John and possibly more. Can anyone help me on either family? Suzanne
