Hello As list owner for the Druin-l list I can tell you there are a number of spellings. I beleive you are correct as to it being French. I have seen it spelled Druin, Druen, Drewin, Drooen and various other spellings. I think that my lines order is Drewin, Druin then finally Druen. But thanks for the info. Iwill check it out.
