Where to begin? My Hart county surnames begin with Atterberry, later Atteberry (all of any spelling are related). The distaff lines include Brashear, Reynolds, McCubbin, Sidebottom, True, Key(es). Related through the Brashear line are Self, Wilkerson, Logsdon, Puckett, Huss, Pennebaker, Walters, and Friend. My mother's lines include Moss in Green County. My lines cover Hart, LaRue, Green, and Barren County. I am working on a book on early Hart County families, especially the Atterberrys and am seeking additional information on them.
