If you are related to this line and would like more info, let me know. I would love to know more about her siblings. I have that Sophronia married to John J.C. Davis and I only have 1 child in my data base for this couple. Later, Karen Jorgensen jorgy@flash.net

Hello list, I've posted so many messages like this. But here goes again. I went to the library today to make sure the my Logsdon family wasn't buried in Wilkerson Temple or Hubbards cemeteries. I was right about that. It says my great grandfather was buried at Kasinger Cemetery in Hart County. Does anyone have any information on this cemetery? If so could I have the directions and any links or information about books that include this cemetery? Thank You Hollie P.S. The Louisville Public Library has all kinds of Kenetucky and Virginia genealogy information. The library never even crossed my mind until my dad brought it to my attention. I just thought I would let everyone know. ________________________________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com

Hollie, I did a book to include the history, membership and cemetery listing of the Wilkerson Temple Methodist Church. The price is $15 if you're interested. The church and cemetery is located abt 6 miles west of Munfordville just a little ways off HWY 88. Hi Could Hollie mean the Hubbard Cemetery? It had some Logsdon Families in it.I need Hollie to email me at Southerngrammy@aol.com and I will send a list for her. I don't have her email. Thanks Patty
Hollie, I believe the cemetery to which you are referring is the Wilkerson Temple United Methodist Church Cemetery located in Kessinger just off Hwy. 88W. Hollie, Here is the location for an on line listing of the cemetery. Not sure why it's different from what you saw while you were there, but it lists what ought to be some useful information on the Logsons. ft p://ftp.rootsweb.com/pub/usgenweb/ky/hart/cemeteries/wilker.txt TOM SAXTON
I went to that cemetery last Thursday and I did not find my ancestors. At the historical society I found a list on the Logsdon family and the cemeteries where they are buried. It says Kessinger M.E. Church. Maybe I'm wrong but I didn't found any of my Logsdon's in the Wilkerson Temple Cemetery. Lisa, I did not find your James Maxwell Hensley listed in the 1920 Hart Co. Census at the Hart Co. Historical Society yesterday. However, since the records are not indexed, it is always possible that I overlooked it going through the notebooks. I will continue to keep it in mind when researching. Let us know if you solve this mystery. Thank you for the information on the marriages. I am at a standstill with regard to David and Stephen King's parents. Thanks again, Debi
Hello Everyone, Does anyone have information on the King family which settled in Richland County probably around 1837-1840. I am looking for information on the parents of David KING who married Polly COTTERELL 1848 and Stephen KING who married Hannah COTTERELL around 1848. Their parents probably came from Kentucky (possibly Hart County) as both David and Stephen were born in KY. Polly (Cotterell) King later married Thomas Hanson AVANS. David King was my ggg grandfather. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Debi Krych Southlake, TX
