I hope that someone out there can help me with Mary Ann SMITH. She was born August 1787, KY?, married 11 July 1809, Stephen FITZWATER; d. 1830 in ?St. Louis Co., MO?. Her parents were supposed to be Thomas SMITH and Sarah MORGAN. Thomas was deceased by 1809 as her mother gave permission for Mary Ann to marry as Sarah VANHOOK. I have lots of information on the Fitzwaters but have been unable to this time to find anything on either Mary Ann or her parents. Who were her grandparents? HELP!
