To anyone who might know of the name, EUGENE ALLEN SMITH, I was going through some very old photos and came across a picture, with the above name on the back of it. I have no idea of who he may have been or how it came to be in our family photos. On the front of the picture is embossed the name, "Rogers, Cynthiana, Ky".
