Just found out that my dad's biological father worked in the coal mines when my dad was born in Nov 1922. Name I am looking for is Frank Dalton.I have no other information about him as in date of birth ect.Figuring he may have been born about 1898.I will be posting on the Bell COunty site as well, since I am not sure in which of the 2 counties he may have lived in.
