JAMES born 4-18-1855 D. 9-5-1939 His DC indicates he was married to ELIZABETH NOLAN METCALF. His parents are identified as ADRIAN METCALF born in England and mother POLLY MORGAN born in Harlan Co. Burial in Stanford KY PATIENCE NOLAN married BENJAMIN FRANKLIN METCALF brother to JAMES. A child born to them was ADRIAN METCALF who was born 10-21-1890 in Garrard Co and died 9-6-1931 in Garrard..
