That is why they use it to prove paternity and to solve crimes. If the DNA doesn't match perfectly on all 37 markers you are not related to someone, except maybe way back 1000 years. All I know about Icella Tinsley or Celia Tinsley is that her father was Alfred Tinsley. He might be related to my Tinsleys.
