According to her husband Henry's obituary she died on May 14 1925. I have not been able to find a death certificate for her in the State of Kentucky. In 1921 she was living with the family in Benham, Harlan County, Kentucky where Henry worked as a coke boss for the mine. There is documentation for that date with a death certificate for her child Pansy that died that year. In 1930 Henry and his sons were living in Whitesburg. It appears from Henry's obituary that there was a son named Mudget that died prior to Henry's death, but after the 1920 census and I don't find a death certificate with that name either.
