This made chills on my arms. Seeing my dad listed when he's only 18 and working in the saw mill. My dad is the William H. Noe listed as the 2nd oldest of Isom and Minnie Noe's children. I'm learning how to navigate the many search engines, but I have a way to go. I will keep looking at this post to see if anyone has learned anything new on our family's Metcalf/Noe "branch." I am curious about Fiona Creech and I'm glad that I have a name to add to our list. She is my great grandmother and I never knew her name before tonight!
