    3. I sent you the 1910, 1920, Campbell County, TN census images and 1930 MI where Tipton went up to MI to work. I sent you Donald Tiptons Death certificate which has his parents as Grover Tipton and Fannie Rutherford so you have that correct. Will see if I can find Bettie and Wiley back further. I am not sure why they are listed as Willis and Annie in 1910.
