There seem to be some similar names in your post to what I am looking for. My great-grandfather married a Jane Brown in Letcher County. His name was Isom Shepherd. This was his third marriage. They married November 30, 1904. She did not list her parents. I have not found them in the census until 1930 and they are living in Wise County, VA. I know they had a daughter by the name of Ora.
