My anecdotal collection of info follows: b. c1812 ClayCo, KY d. 12 Dec 1930 in childbirth Harlan Co, KY married James Farmer (Captain John James Farmer?)10 March 1830 Clay Co, KY Some kind soul put a transcription of Dillon Asher's will on-line. In it he lists among his children, Peggy Farmer. Will Book A Page 130 Clay Co, KY. I am researching this family to help my friend get into the Daughters of the American Revolution & only need to document James Farmer and Peggy Asher's generation. If anyone has documents they are willing to share I would appreciate it greatly! We are still looking for their bible that my friend 'knows' is out there. After this paper goes in anyone can link to it for membership in DAR. I would appreciate any help on these two. Thank you!
