At the present time, citizenship packages and test prep kits can be ordered from the Commonwealth of KY at Frankfort. If you come back and provide the specific name/s you are looking for plus some ages and other identifying information such as a wife and/or children, we could check out the 1930 Fed. Census. At least that could show you where they came from and what year they immigrated and possibly what their year of citizenship was. Depends on the questions asked on the 1930 Fed. Census.
