Rennick, that gives the names of "supposedly" all the old post offices and the areas they served. There is a "Myra" Kentucky here, and it says this P.O. was located on US 23/119 and Shelby Creek, at the mouth of Beefhide Creek, 12 and one half miles south of Pikeville in Pike County. That is as close as it gets. There is no Murna, KY listed. Looks to be around the Dorton area, since that is in paretheses beside it, or else it is also called Dorton.
