the Harlan Library has the old newspapers on microfilm, some old court records, and they have several volumes of books which contain Harlan County birth and death dates. The old courthouse has many old record books such as marriage, deeds, land, etc. the staff at both places are good to try abd help you. ***************** Hi I am finally coming down to Harlan county on April the 11th thru the 17.
