Hi, I have your Miracles way back. Roxie's parents were John A. Miracle and Nancy Belle Hoskins. Roxie was born 11 Jun 1926 in Coldiron, Harlan County, Kentucky. She died 2 Feb 2008 in Ft. Myers, FL Here is her obituary which you probably already have. I don't know which Collett she married. Maybe you can help me out on that. Also which George Saylor is your uncle?
