I am trying to find out who the parents are of John A.Saylor b. abt. 1833 who married Sarah Brock b. 1833. She is the daughter of Hiram Brock and Elizabeth Saylor. John A. Saylor and Sarah Brock had these children: John, Wilson, Andrew, Silas W., Elizabeth, America and Lavina. Silas W. Saylor was born abt. 1864 in Harlan County, KY and he married Mary Green. This John Saylor's wife Sarah was not a Brock, but is to belived to be a Simpson. This was his 2nd marriage, he was married first to Esther Wilson. He is the son of; Solomon C/Rebecca(Brock) Saylor. I have been also trying to place Silas W. Saylor, who married Mary Green, with the right parents.
