William LEWIS was the supposed son of Abner LEWIS and Polly CREECH. Rebecca was the daughter of Andrew HENSLEY and Happy-Pink HOWARD HELTON HENSLEY. William LEWIS and Rebecca HENSLEY LEWIS were parents of: 1. LEWIS, John N., born August 3, 1859, Harlan Co., Kentucky [Kentucky Death Records state that John’s parents are “William LEWIS and HENSLEY”.] 2. LEWIS, Henry, born 1865, Harlan Co., Kentucky 3. LEWIS, Anny, born 1869, Harlan Co., Kentucky 4. LEWIS, Martha, born 1872, Harlan Co., Kentucky 5. LEWIS, Abner C., born 1874, born Harlan Co., Kentucky 6. LEWIS, Mary, born November 10, 1878, Harlan Co., Kentucky 7. LEWIS, Serah, born 1879, Harlan Co., Kentucky I can find no record of the William and Rebecca HENSLEY LEWIS family after 1880 in Harlan County. Does any one know what happened to this family?
