It was in reply to The Day Board which I can not find. But our cumminication appears to be in order. Uncle Albert Day was a complicated man. He died a horrible death with bone cancer. No pain medication not even morphine can ease that pain but Albert had a bitter pain in his heart. He was not a mean person but in his heart he was hurting and he sort of just hid from the world. When I was a teen Uncle Albert would sneak away with me and as he sipped his hidden bottle of whuiskey he would speak so softly that I could not always understand him but I hung on every word he uttered. He spoke of WW2 and how he guarded prisoners and of that abuse with some guards...he spoke of how he would always be on point because he was so good with his weapon,being a country boy and a good shot sometimes has its disadvantages...how snipers would shoot at him and he would gobble like a wild turkey to make the snipers give up there lo! cations and he would kill them..killing gets to a man in time I know because I was a sniper in Vietnam and that little trick with the wild turkey saved me several times. I knew Uncle Albert had a drinking problem caused by the war but he did the best he could do. Most Days are strong about that we are just bad about being u8nsocialable.But Albert was a brother to my father Harlan and my own father never spook of Lloyd Day ,his grandfather. WHY WHY WHY. That is the cloud I speak of. Tony was a male nurse at the Boonevill Nursing home where Aklbert had to be because of his bone cancer and Tony had to watch his father die each day in pain and I take nothing away from Tony,I do not want anyone to think I have any disrespect toward Tony as I do not,..Tony was Alberts son and Tony lived on the property where my Great grandfather and mother was buried and Tony had to know more than any of us Dayd knew and we are en
