I found this marriage record on the Rowan County Website. According to the 1930 Harlan County census below this marriage record information "fits" for William Williams and Belle Turner. I would greatly appreciate any help from anyone researching this/these line(s). Oakdale, KY is on the Lee and Breathitt County line which also fits with the 1910 Breathitt county information War Creek precinct below. Farmers, KY is in Rowan County.
