Cornett is my great-grandfather. I have a copy of a newspaper article with no date, and a copy of the re-election notice you described. That is about all the information I have on him. I have not been able to find much information about him at all and do not even know where he is buried. His wife, my great-grandmother, was Bessie Hall. She moved to Pennington Gap and that is where she lived out the rest of her years. You are researching Hall, Cornett families. Are we related?
