Harlan Co., KY was not formed until 1819. It was formed from parts of Knox Co., KY which was formed abt. 1800. I just checked the 1810 KY Fed. Census that I have. There was "a" William CHRISTIAN listed on page 20 in Fayette Co., KY as of 1810. You might want to check out that census. Of course, all you are going to get are males and females in the household by age group and his full name.
