Hi list: My brickwalls in Harlan Co. are Jeremiah BREWER b. abt. 1800 VA. First found in the 1830 Harlan Co. census with his first unknown wife. Jeremiah m. 2nd Mary 'Polly' BLEVINS b. abt. 1823 KY. I believe, but have not proven, that Jeremiah BREWER is the s/o John BREWER found in Knox Co. prior to 1810. John BREWER is found in the tax lists and the 1810 census. John BREWER disappears after 1810. Mary 'Polly" BLEVINS is the daughter of Unknown BLEVINS and Kisiah UNKNOWN . Possibilities are John BLEVINS b. btw. 1771-1780 or Danial BLEVINS b. btw. 1760-1770. Also, researching KING, TOMLINSON and CAPPS in Harlan Co.
