As I understand it there was no quarantine at that time. She died at home. Her doctors thought a sanitorium would not be helpful as her illness was too far advanced. However she was buried in Lincoln county, her county of birth. I believe this was fairly common. Her coffin being transported by rail. I hope this is of some use.
