Census: 1920 Knox Co., KY Fed. Census Prec. #11 Grays, Knox Co., KY Dwelling 103-103 GIBSON, William E., head, 44, b. KY; father b. TN; mother b. KY - coal miner . .Eliza, wife, 40, b. KY; parents b. KY . Onie, "nephew", 14, b. KY - coal miner . Madison, brother, 48, widow, b. KY DOZIER, Thomas, father-in-law, 75, widow, b. KY After some searching, I was able to locate Onie as of the 1910 Fed. Census at age 5 years! Here he is and it does make it seem more and more to me that his father was William's brother, Madison . I know that offers no proof but only circumstantial evidence. The Social Security Application might be the proof you will need. KY* * * * So, now you at least know that as of the 1910 and the 1920 Fed.
