Fed. Census. So far as I know, the answer would be : no where. If , however, you mean where can you view it or purchase it or rent it, my answer would be different. You could rent the reel from your local LDS Family History Center for a month for around $3. You could access it through paid subscriptions to Ancestry.com or Genealogy.com.
