In any case, as I understand it your relative was born or at least died in Georgia. So far as I know, my husband's people were from Campbell Co. and Grainger Co., etc., Tennessee. I have no knowledge of any COLLINS from Georgia. Sorry. My best advice to you is to make a NEW posting to the Message Board in the county in GA where they were located. Good luck in your search.
