Hello Everyone! I have just received death certificates for the following individuals: Bertha Williams Day Grace Williams Isaacs William "Bill" Williams Anderson Blanton Noe Babe Day I also have a death certificate for a Jarvis J. Noe that died in Rockcastle county not Harlan as the above individuals. I don't know for sure but I suspect that the Noe's from Rockcastle, Mt. Vernon, KY are related to the Noe's of Harlan County. If anyone would like a scanned image of the above death certificates please email me and I will be happy to send you one.
