Surnames: BAILEY & SEALS Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/3AB.2ACI/6835 Message Board Post: Hi I recently found out that my uncle, Maynard Franklin Bailey, age 9 months was buried in a cemetery beside The Baptist Church in Liggett--Harlan County, KY. My grandma said that was the name of the church in 1933. She said there was a gate and when you went in, Maynard was buried on the right side. I've also read a little history about Liggett Bapt. Church on their website and am wondering if this is could be the same church? I read where the original church burned and they had also changed locations. Does anyone know where the cemetery is? Is there a cemetery beside Liggett Baptist Church, if so, would he be in it or a previous location of the church before they changed their name to Liggett B.Ch.? Any information would be greatly appreciated. I might even have the 2 churches mixed up but would love to know about The Baptist Church in Liggett from the early 1930's and how to get to it. We are planning a trip to Harlan sometime soon, and would like to try to find his grave. T! hank you for any information!! Cindy Rash

You seem to think you are the only one who has access to any public information and you can say whatever you please on here because this is "YOUR" message board. Some of us do this because of the love of it, not for the selfish gain you seem to need. There are so many other folks who can not stand you and I pity the new ones you tell all your lies too. If you continue to deflame me on this board or any more emails to any of my cousins I will take legal action. If you have something to say send me an email personally and not publically. I know you will delete this as soon as you see it because you don't have the nerve to let anyone talk about you on here the way you have me. Your a coward and stand behind your "authority" as if it were some god given right for you to judge others. I pity you and anyone who has anything to do with you.

    3. Does anyone on the list have any information on the Massingill/Massingale family? Ethel Massingill married Noble Burkhart in 1924. I cannot find any Massingill's in Harlan (or surrounding counties) in any of the Census. I have not been able to find the family in 1930 but that is a long time comsuming project (Harlan has 3 rolls of film) that I am working on. Not knowning the area that Noble and Ethel Burkhart lived does'nt help matters. Any clues will be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
