I was looking for Jesse Friend and caught a note somewhere about family being in PA. I found Friends all over the place, but had a hard time connecting. Then when I saw the article about Phillip's Fort I remembered seeing a marriage n Somerset or Bedofrd co PA. I'm going back to the library tomorrow PM and will try to get the name of the book for you. I really didn't mean to get so involved with Friend family. But it's a disease!!! If you can get a hold of the "History of Bedford and Somerset Counties" at your library it tells about Andrew and his brother coming from VA and about he founding of Friend's Cove.
