Goodman, Jack (Dutch), his wife, Rosie & son Samuel are buried in a fenced off portion of the cemetery. There are no stones. Richardson, Elizabeth Peters Hash w/o Alfred Hash and Johnnie Richardson. Hash, Alfred h/o Elizabeth Peters Hash, Ezra son of Henry 1902 - 1918 Several other members of the Hash family are buried there. Several member of the Brown family are buried with no stones. There are about 30 graves in the cemetery marked with only field stones. The upper section of the cemetery was where the slaves and Indians were buried. There are no markers of any kind. James Peters, Sr. went out hunting cira 1850 and was never seen again. His father, Absolom Peters, went hunting approxmiately 10 years later and also never returned. Several years ago, bones were found in a cave on the property. Later, another set of bones were found on a hillside. These bones were taken to Frankfort and it is believed they are the bones of the father and son. This information was supplied by Sam Daugherty, son of Simon Daugherty and Ivy Peters, who was the daughter of Robert H. Peters, who was the son of James Jr. and Lyddie Peters.
