Priscilla, Thanks so much for your work on my Peters family. James S. Peters who m. Jane McMahon 1824 in Hardin is my family.-thanks! Newly emerging evidence suggests that Peter Peters of Washington/Hardin Co. was James' father. Peter m. Mary Sims in Culpepper VA 1786. I thinkl they migrated to Kentucky somewhere around 1790 as Peter and Mary appear in the 1795 Kentucky Census in 1795. Have been so far unable to find Peter Peters or Mary Peters buried in Hardin. Peter and Mary probably were gone by 1830 or so. Could you suggest a cemetery I could check? Thanks! Carol
