I access the images themselves, through this route: My computer uses Windows98, an earlier version than XP. I downloaded a free program, AlternaTiff. It explains in detail how to disable the portion of Quicktime that prevents you from seeing the images. Don't let the thought of this put you off. Not hard to find or do, and you won't hurt any of your files by 'fiddling' with it. Once you do that, you have no problem viewing the images. However, if you use Quicktime for something else, you may have to go back and simply recheck the box to enable it. When you bring up the image through Alternatiff (Quicktime disabled), the tool bar above the image allows you to save it on your computer wherever you wish. JA > Photo suite does not support tiff files. You must have a tiff viewer like > Windows Picture and Fax Viewer. If Photo Suite is your default viewer it > will never open the file. You can also just right click on the link that > says "Document Number 1" and click on save as and you should be able to > choose to save it as something other than Tiff. >
