This is what Dave said to do in his email: I got a page that said Document Number 1 I right clicked on this and saved to My Documents. I then went to My Documents and right clicked on file name. If I clicked Open it did not work but another opition was "open with" with an arrow beside it going to that box one choice was " Windows Picture and Fax Viewer" when I clicked on this it let me see the document and I was able to print it ( cntl +P) and it was large enough to be legible if any of those old hand written documents can be called legible. Dave What my computer said when I right clicked on "Document Number 1" was "save target as." I saved it to my Desktop and then right clicked on that icon and opened it with Windows Picture and Fax viewer. You can also open it with Paint. Picture and Fax viewer has the viewing option toolbar at the bottom of the page. Good luck......Peggy
