Sandra, There are 2 Thomas Smith's listed in the Will Book by Mary Josephine Jones. The first is in the will of Washington Whitaker on December 22, 1833 where a Thomas Smith was a witness. The second is the actual will of a Thomas Smith for May 8, 1835 which was proven August 17, 1835. In this will, it mentions a wife Anne J. Smith and "our sons William S.
